What is Integral Shamanics?

SHAMANIC HEALING SESSIONS are composed of many different techniques including soul retrieval, energywork, toning, and the use of plant and flower oils. Soul retrieval is a method of reclaiming soul parts separated from an individual through past relationships and traumas. Reconnection to guides, be they in human, animal, or spirit form, also occur during these sessions.

SHAMANIC JOURNEYING is the inner art of traveling to the "worlds behind worlds" that exist beyond ordinary reality. Adept journeying to these worlds allows access to information that helps facilitate change and growth in every aspect of an individual's living including health, work, relationships, and spirituality. In shamanic reality, communication with spirit teachers in the form of guides and animals assists the traveler in honing their visionary skills, enabling clarity, focus, and genuine power to guide their living.

BIO:
KATHERINE TURNER, MPH, has been in the holistic healing field for eighteen years. She is a graduate of The International School For Energy Healing and Feng Shui and is certified in Healix Energywork, Feng Shui, Reflexology, and Reiki. She holds a BA in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Public Health. She has studied and apprenticed with dozens of master energyworkers, shamans, and experts in their holistic fields, giving her a wide range of healing techniques to incorporate into sessions in response to each client’s individual needs. She has led hundreds of sessions for individuals and groups, and taught workshops and classes, practiced and consulted at hospitals, holistic centers, civic and professional organizations, corporations, homes, and businesses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, including Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, the NY State Department of Health, The Valley Hospital of NJ, and Arden Hill Hospital and Horton Hospital of NY.
